intervention – a lifestyle modification (for example exercise, diet, medication) designed to improve quality of life
longitudinal – following the same individual or group of individuals over a long time period with multiple measurements
metabolomics – a method for assessing overall health based on analysis of molecules (metabolites) in blood or tissue
rapamycin – a natural product discovered on Easter Island (Rapa Nui) that has proven useful for treating disease and slowing aging
